What is Auto-tuning-system?
Conventional current analog control operated by manual dialing system has taken a great leap forward, resulting in digital current control through this Automatic Tuning System. By incorporating this system the welder is able to set any current value and to control even meter rise speed. Thanks to these advantages, the innovative new system provides stable strength after welding. Controlling of welding conditions with high precision and reduction of spark across the electrodes is achieved because initial values, ascending speed and top values of the output are controlled by sophisticated automatic reactor power control device.
The concept of direct coupling allows the HF generator to transfer power direct to the load and with the servo controlled Auto Tuner system monitor the reflective power and constantly adjust the load impedance to achieve above 92% efficiency. The system runs more efficiently and consistently, while sealing the product to achieve maximum desired quality. The goal was to consistently deliver a more reliable and controllable process.

Why we need Auto-tuning-system?
When sealing complex medical pouches, blood bags, urinary bags and similar products, high consistency and repeatability is required. However, this isnt the case with most HF sealing systems using standard oscillator tube HF generators. Their low frequency and harmonics dont allow efficient power coupling; tending to dissipate power, only transferring 30-70% of total power to the load (sealing dies). Aside from the basic inefficiency of the equipment, users also experience excessive down time mainly due to arcs and constant tuning of parameters and system components due to product and die changeovers on the same equipment.
Shenzhen Hipower Ltd develops innovative and sound solutions  such as ATS.
